Our company was founded by brothers who wanted to leave a legacy for their family. That legacy has grown to a team of over 100 – a new kind of family. The phrase “We are the CCR Family” is listed first in our Core Values for a reason. We treat our team members as family – with respect and care.

This mentality extends beyond the walls of our home office to our team members’ real families. We work with intent and effectiveness every day to ensure that every team member can maximize time with their own loved ones.

Our annual Employee Engagement survey feeds new initiatives and allows for continuous improvement in quality of life and work satisfaction for team members. Our Members Experiencing Excellence Team (MEET) is comprised of members from various departments who evaluate and act upon feedback from peers to unlock our team’s full potential.
