  E-mail FAQ's

  • Your e-mail address.
  • Your e-mail password.
  • The incoming mail server (mail.domainname) Eg: For a ccr.net account, ccr.net is the domain name, therefore incoming mail server is: mail.ccr.net
  • Outgoing mail server (smtp.domainname)
  • Follow the instructions in the links below
  • Once spam filtering is enabled on your e-mail account. Please check e-mail regularly at this website using the login on the right.
  • Your username is your e-mail address. If you have a ccr.net e-mail account, do not include the "@ccr.net" for username.
  • Once you are logged in to your e-mail, you will notice a "Spam" folder. Please browse through this folder to check for legitimate e-mails.
  • If you wish to white list e-mails in the spam folder, please read "White Listing E-mails" section below

  • In the graphical toolbar (image below) above the opened message, click on the green checkmark to white list e-mails.
