The windows are open in our office today. Here in Iowa, we are used to 25 degrees and snow this time of year. Pictured to the left is Adam Nowotony, a helpdesk technician working in our NOC (Network Operations Center).

IT is a tool that can be crafted to improve your business regardless of industry. Our team firmly believes that every agreement we maintain should be bringing more money to our client’s bottom line. In our eyes, no agreement is doing its job unless all parties involved are making money.

Circle Heaven, our all-inclusive IT solution, provides everything from support, to Microsoft software, to hardware and 24/7 monitoring. We put our self on our clients team by pricing everything at one flat rate.  We are constantly working as hard as possible to prevent issues before they arise. If we spend less time on support, we are more profitable. If clients spend less time down, or with slow equipment, they are more profitable. It’s a win-win situation.

Above is Brandon Tessau, a Helpdesk Technician here at CCR, who is preparing laptops for deployment. Each unit will be equipped with the latest vPro technology. This technology allows our technicians to access units remotely and fix them without our clients missing a beat.

“We have spent a lot of time researching our hardware,” said Andrew Kelly, Project Manager. “It’s obvious to us that making a bigger initial investment can save us a lot of time in the long run — and we’re focused on productivity so time is money.  Partnering with Lenovo and using their equipment has been an extremely worth while step for us and our clients. Better hardware means less downtime. When clients are happy so are we.”

In a case study performed by Intel, we were proven to reduce desk-side visits by 90% and PC downtime by 83%. If that doesn’t prove how valuable Circle Heaven is, I don’t know what does.

In a nut shell, one could say that we leverage technology to bring more money to our client’s bottom line.
